“The Night of Power” Post بوست ليلة القدر

  • by

Dear beautiful readers,

I hope you are having a very blessed night in this very blessed month.

Since we are in the last couple of days in Ramadan, and we are observing one of its precious nights, I thought I’ll share with you some English words that are connected with this beautiful night.

If you are a not a muslim, I will explain what “Laylat Al-Qader” is or “The night of power”.
It is considered the holiest night of the year.

It commemorates the night when the Quran was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad.

It is believed to occur on one of the odd-numbered nights during the last ten days of Ramadan, with the 27th night being the most widely observed, and muslims usually like to spend this night by praying and making doa’.

Other words that are connected to this holy night:

  1. Reciting the Quara’n
  2. Doing extra prayers
  3. Spending the night from Dusk till Dawn at the Mosque.

Now tell me, what are your rituals in this holy night ? and how do you feel after it ?

If you are not a muslim, tell me, what is your religion 🙂 ?

May allah accept all your prayers and doaa’s!

Love,
TAZ
